Description
While waiting for some bugs to stop dive bombing our car (deer flies) at the Lost Lake Trailhead in the Porcupine Mountains, I saw this lone birch tree nearby. Once the flies left our car alone, and we ventured outside, I made sure to capture it, as birch trees are one of my favorite kinds of tree. 🙂 It’s not a spectacular photograph, showing a huge scene or anything, but I simply like the simplicity it offers. To me, this one birch tree is standing tall and proud among the greenery surrounding it, and it just speaks to me on a different level. I hope you enjoy it too! Taken by Jessica Dobbs.
