Description

This is the second set of falls, in the Overlooked Falls cascades. The first set are behind these, and have two spillways, that leads directly into this set of falls. Overlooked Falls is located on one of our favorite trails within the Porcupine Mountains, Little Carp River Trail. Now, we haven’t explored all of this trail, and we typically only take it until we reach the Greenstone Falls area. But, it’s a peaceful hike, with beauty all around. Overlooked Falls can actually be found around 100 or so feet after you park, and are hidden by a bridge you must cross to continue onto the trail. (Hence their name.)  Taken by Jeffrey Dobbs
